Our products are normally shipped by Austrian Post . The shipping fee depends on your location, with a destination outside of Europe being more expensive.
You will receive the tracking number so you can check where your parcel is. We can not say anything definitely about import duties for countries outside the EU. This depends on the specific regulation and may also change without our knowledge.

EU shipping restrictions
The 2025 EU regulation for small businesses allows us to send our products across the EU with very little hassle concerning VAT. Unfortunately not all EU countries did allow us to make use of this privilege, either by denying our request based on local laws or by just not yet providing the possibility.
The countries in question are: Poland and Spain.
We are sorry if you now cannot order our products. As a workaround, you may find a possibility to have someone from another country order for you and forward you the things.
