Shipping
Our products are normally shipped by Austrian Post (with the exception of US). The shipping fee depends on your location, with a destination outside of Europe being more expensive.
You will receive the tracking number so you can check where your parcel is. We can not say anything definitely about import duties for countries outside the EU. This depends on the specific regulation and may also change without our knowledge.

EU shipping restrictions
The 2025 EU regulation for small businesses allows us to send our products across the EU with very little hassle concerning VAT. Unfortunately not all EU countries did allow us to make use of this privilege, either by denying our request based on local laws or by just not yet providing the possibility.
The countries in question are: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland, Spain.
We are sorry if you now cannot order our products. As a workaround, you may find a possibility to have someone from another country order for you and forward you the things.
US shipping
Because of tariff regulations, the Austrian Post stopped cheap shipping to the US starting on 26th of August. Because no comparative shipping option seems to come forth, we decided to restart US shipping using DHL, even if this is now much, more expensive.
On top of the direct shipping cost, you will have to pay the import duties to DHL before they will actually deliver the parcel. On top of the tariffs (15%) and regulatory charges (3%), DHL will also take about $17 for handling all this.
We are sorry for this large overhead, but we cannot find a better solution. Maybe you can organize some group purchase to split up the cost.
