STICdigitizer

This board is soldered to the backside of the mainboard of an Intellivision console. This board picks up the digitial video signal (4-bit RGBI) and serializes it to a lumacode signal. This can then be flawlessly upscaled to a pixel-perfect digital signal using an RGBtoHD device or something with equal capabilities.

Compatiblity has been tested with both PAL and NTSC versions of this console with the signal being processed by the RGBtoHD.

Unfortunately some other scalers (OSSC, RetroTINK) can not properly process this lumacode signal. With this simple circuitry, the sync from the Intellivision is directly used as sync for the Lumacode. This sync now has a strange quirk during the vertical blanking which causes the aforementioned scalers to lose synchronization. This is true even for the regular composite video output. There is now a solution using a cheap Raspberry Pi Pico in addition to the STICdigitizer.
