Custom cable for Analog RGBtoHD

When I have no cable for your specific machine to connect it to the Analog RGBtoHD, I can probably make it. I can surely make anything listed in the wiring instructions on the project wiki.

For machines that are not even on this list, I can probably also do something, if you can specify exactly what you need.
