Gameboy480p

A small modification board for an original Gameboy (a.k.a DMG). This adds the functionality to the headphone jack to also provide an analog video signal alongside the original audio. No extra holes in the case are needed and the mod is completely reversible. 

The output signal is suitable to be used with component video inputs on TVs, as well as upscalers. The video is black&white with 4 levels of gray (black, dark gray, light gray, white). The 144 lines of the gameboy are trippled to 432 lines giving a 480p signal (60Hz) where the picture nearly fills a standard TV screen.
